I'm an Affirmation Musician and Mental Health Spiritualist. 

Over the past decade, I’ve guided millions of women through new and difficult seasons of life.

As a Psychology nerd and former Life Coach, I helped high-performing women learn to prioritize themselves and heal and unlearn from workaholism . 

It was incredible work - but there was one thing…

Clients would often say to me,

“I don’t feel like I have enough time for self-care.” 

or 

“I’m struggling to make time for myself.” 

My high-achieving clients were stuck in the grind because hustle culture was "in" at the time.

There was too little time in the day. I knew they needed something…

In my meditation and prayer for a new idea to help my clients, I literally heard the words:

Affirmation Music.

I took a deep breath because I knew this was it. 

Without any experience writing music, I wrote my first album  -

“Affirmations for The Grown Ass Woman", my music spread like wildfire and reached millions of streams in one year.

I couldn't believe it. 

The outpour from women sharing how my music was affecting their lives was incredible.

Truly, I had evolved. And women all over the world were evolving because of it. 

I closed my coaching business and embarked on pursuing my music career full-time. 

So today, I use creative ways to promote the message of conscious well-being. I use positive self-talk and music to help people heal their minds, hearts and lives.

I know what it is to be trapped in the hustle culture; feel disconnected, misunderstood and alone. 

To know in your heart that there’s more and desperately need the courage to leap into the unknown…

That's why I created The AffirmNation,

A unique space, dedicated to self-exploration, play, expansion and inner wisdom - 

where speaking kindly to yourself with intention among community is part of every day.

I am not your leader, guru, teacher or healer. I am just another human, experimenting; maximizing my Divine potential. 

Because, 

you're not alone in this journey called life. 

And I want you to know, you don't have to journey alone. You’ve got a tribe!
